I am happy to introduce AppealZoo, a suite of software applications innovated by our team at Schwaps to increase the procedural efficiency of the tax analysis and appeals of all property classes of Cook County, Illinois real estate.

AppealZoo is a Software-as-a-Service that has been through countless iterations since its inception in 2014. In the early days, I wrote this software application specifically to facilitate the speed and accuracy of all business functions involved with residential tax appeals.

After years of additional building, testing, deploying, and user feedback, the latest version of AppealZoo is feature rich and compatible with residential, condominium, commercial, and industrial property classes.
