Investment Criteria

Schwaps LLC is a Real Estate Investment company. We acquire our property via various means, however the criteria remains the same. We are most interested in single-family houses (no condos, townhomes, manufactured homes, etc.), located in urban and sub-urban environments (no rural properties), and valued at approximately $100,000 at the least. We consider properties that range from pristine to distressed condition. And we buy all of our properties via cash, sans contingencies.

Some of our properties we acquire are held in our rental-portfolio, while many properties are promptly resold, or offered via our rent-to-own program.
