Is Schwaps a Real Estate Brokerage?

Schwaps is not a Real Estate Brokerage, as we do not represent buyers and/or sellers in the sales transactions of Real Estate.
Why would I turn to Schwaps for Real Estate over a Real Estate Brokerage?

If you desire to sell your house, there is no need for patience while your house sits on the market or to pay a commission to a Real Estate broker who will search for a buyer as Schwaps will purchase your house at a convenient time for you. If you are an aspiring homeowner and looking to buy, but have been denied financing elsewhere, Schwaps has multiple options for you.
If I wanted to sell my house to your company, how quickly could you close?

Schwaps can close as quick as 48 hours, or we may close as far in the future as you wish.
How does one qualify to buy a house from Schwaps?

As a result of the earlier rampant dispersal of sub-prime loans, mortgage lending restriction have now been heightened. We recognize that such an increase in lending restrictions shuts out many potential homeowners who can legitimately afford a house. If you fall in such a category, you may find the services that Schwaps can offer to your advantage.
Are you connected with a bank? How do you provide financing for the houses you sell?

Schwaps is not a bank. We provide financing for the buyers of our houses via Land Contract (also called "Contract For Deed" and Installment Sale Agreement”).  A land contract is a contract between the owner of a property and a person who wants to buy the property for an agreed-upon purchase price. Under a land contract, the seller retains the legal title to the property, while permitting the buyer to take possession of it for most purposes other than legal ownership. The sale price is typically paid in periodic installments. When the full purchase price has been paid, the seller is obligated to deliver legal title to the property to the buyer.
If I sell to your company, can you offer me the dollar amount that I ask?

We will do our best to make an offer on your House that is fair and acceptable for all parties involved.
Why should I sell to your company versus an individual via FSBO sale (For Sale By Owner)?

Schwaps will buy your house regardless of it's current condition. Therefore, you might avoid any repair costs associated with the preparation of showcasing your house.  Also, you will save yourself the hassle of multiple house showings to complete strangers.
Do you purchase distressed properties?

Yes, regardless of condition, Schwaps will purchase your house.
I have a low credit rating, however I have a substantial amount of cash saved.  Would you sell to me?  I have little money, however I have good credit. Would you sell to me?

Yes. We have many options available to you, which are hard to find elsewhere, that will get you in your house of choice.
